Panel Washing

An annual panel washing typically improves solar output by 5-10%. For example, if your monthly electric bill averages $300 and your solar installation was designed to completely offset those bills, then an annual panel washing should provide $180-360 of annual value.
Troubleshooting & Repair

Troubleshooting should never last more than three hours. For any additional work, we will provide a cost-benefit estimate before proceeding.
Equipment Pricing
Cost + 20%
You pay our distributor-direct price plus 20%. We will provide at least two distributor quotes for items over $1,000.
Appraisals for Real Estate
Solar appraisals can be very useful for buying and selling homeowners or for underperforming solar installations. Know what you own, its value and your contractual rights.
Solar Equipment Audit (Appraisal)

We inspect the solar equipment and provide a report of:
(a) How the system is performing;
(b) Any needed repairs, stated in cost-benefit terms; and
(c) A valuation of the solar installation.
For an additional $250, we can appraise equipment warranties as well as property owner rights and obligations under solar loans and leases.

Similar to quarterly reports but with more detail, including full-year performance and economic cost-benefit analysis.
* Performance monitoring is only available through our bundles and requires remote communications capabilities. Most solar installations have existing communications capabilities but a one-time remote communications setup fee of $95 (plus any equipment costs) will be charged for ethernet and Wi-Fi setup for those without remote communications capabilities.
